Not PC-Literate - no problems - everything will be explained in terms you can easily understand. Whatever the problem, we can almost certainly help, and make sure you understand what we have done and why.
An economical solution may well be to have a simple remote-control session, where we connect over the Internet to your PC and work with you to analyse and solve those niggly problems - this does mean you have to have a working Broadband Internet connection, and that the PC is working sufficiently to browse the Net. If not, then a house-call may well be the only way.
