If asked by your Web Browser, select "Run", "Save" etc. as appropriate. You should see our remote support pop-up wizard open :
![]() Now you choose a random number - this becomes the pin number to gain access to your PC. Without it, no-one can access your desktop - this is on top of the encryption already applied. Enter your chosen pin number into the box and press "OK" - give this number to our technician so they can connect and assist you as necessary.
Please note however, that your PC must be working to the point where it is running, it is connected to the internet (via Broadband), and is not running in safe mode.
There is a 5 minute timer to allow our technician to connect to your PC, after that the code will remove itself for security purposes. You can also disconnect at any time by right-clicking on the small logo on your start menu, and select "disconnect" - so you always control who has access to your machine.
If Running Internet Explorer, you may experience something like this:

You should then see our remote connection wizard as above
If running Firefox, the following dialogues may show:
![]() Select "Save File" - the download should begin. Once completed, a pop-up dialogue such as this should be seen:
